It may include information about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data used to identify a person, health information, a person’s sex life, or sexual orientation.
You should not submit special category data to DAN unless it is necessary for the relevant purpose and you have a lawful basis to do so.

11. Project Briefs and Marketplace Data
When a Brand submits a Project Brief, we may process the personal data provided in the submission to verify the Brand, assess project legitimacy, moderate the brief, identify relevant Agencies, and make the Project Brief available to matched, eligible, or verified member Agencies through the Member Area.

We may display limited public project preview cards on public areas of the Platform, such as the homepage or Marketplace page. These previews may include simplified information such as project title, required services, industry, budget range, timing, project type, and broad location or region. They are not intended to disclose the Brand’s full identity, contact details, confidential information, or full Project Brief.
Agencies receiving Project Briefs and Brand contact details must use that information only for the relevant business opportunity and must comply with applicable privacy, marketing, confidentiality, procurement, and anti-spam laws.
12. CV Pool and Candidate Data
Where Candidates submit CVs, profiles, or professional information to DAN, we may use that information to assess, verify, approve, maintain, and make Candidate profiles available through the CV Pool.

Candidate information in the CV Pool may be used by member Agencies for legitimate recruitment, hiring, professional networking, or role-matching purposes.
Member Agencies must not scrape, sell, export, disclose, spam, enrich, misuse, or otherwise process Candidate data for unauthorised purposes.
DAN acts as an introduction gateway. We do not guarantee Candidate suitability, availability, employment status, right to work, qualifications, references, salary expectations, location accuracy, willingness to relocate, or hiring outcomes.
DAN does not charge placement commissions and does not monitor or control communications once an Agency contacts a Candidate directly.
Candidates may request removal or correction of their CV Pool information by contacting DAN.

DAN may collect, verify, curate, structure, summarise, display, audit, or otherwise process client reviews, public feedback, testimonials, ratings, third-party B2B review data, case study signals, and other reputation information relating to Agencies, SaaS Providers, or other listed entities.
We may use public source verification, third-party B2B review networks, reviewer profile checks, project scope analysis, provenance checks, Large Language Models, structured taxonomies, editorial review, and internal quality assurance processes to produce review summaries or reputation digests, including DAN Insights.
DAN Insights may organise verified feedback into operational dimensions such as expertise, communication, services, pricing, and credibility.
DAN does not operate an open-form native public review field. This is intended to reduce fake reviews, spam, manipulation, self-authored praise, conflict-of-interest submissions, artificial rating inflation, and other untrusted reputation signals.
Where DAN uses AI-assisted tools to support summarisation, classification, or analysis, DAN retains human editorial oversight over final publication decisions and may audit summaries against external source data.
Agencies or SaaS Providers may contact DAN if they believe published review information, rating information, DAN Insights, or reputation summaries are materially inaccurate.
14. AI-Assisted Processing and Automated Decision-Making

These tools are used to support Platform operations and editorial workflows. DAN retains human oversight over important editorial, verification, moderation, suspension, removal, and publication decisions.
DAN does not intend to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate safeguards.
Where you believe an AI-assisted output or summary materially misrepresents you or your organisation, you may contact DAN and request review.

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send service messages, account messages, billing notices, renewal reminders, legal notices, security notices, or operational communications where necessary.
16. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember preferences, maintain security, analyse traffic, measure performance, support advertising measurement, improve user experience, and support Platform optimisation.
Some cookies are strictly necessary for the Platform to function. Other cookies, such as analytics, advertising, performance, tracking, or similar non-essential technologies, may require your consent.
